The Ontario Works Office is Open for Business
As of Monday August 16, 2021, the Ontario Works Offices in Windsor and Leamington will re-open to the public by appointment only. Services provided will be limited to in-person scheduled appointments to sign required documents.
Note that due to COVID-19, the Ontario Works’ lobbies will be operating with a limited number of individuals allowed to ensure social distancing is maintained. Walk-in traffic will be encouraged to call for an appointment and will be provided the necessary contact information.
Please be assured that staff are continuing to work hard to provide excellent service to our clients. Our services will continue to be offered virtually or by phone to provide additional options. If you have any questions or require any information, please contact your Ontario Works Caseworker.
If you are submitting documents, please place documents in the grey drop box located outside of the 400 City Hall Square East building in Windsor or 33 Princess lobby in Leamington.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
