2026 OPERATING AND CAPITAL PROPOSED BUDGETS
City Council will be considering the City of Windsor’s 2026 Operating and 10-Year Capital Proposed Budgets and are seeking public input. Interested individuals or agencies are invited to provide written comments and/or appear in person or electronically as a delegation before Council as follows:

Monday, January 26, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock a.m.
All members will have the option of participating in person in Council Chambers or electronically and will be counted towards quorum in accordance with Procedure By-law 98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic meetings. The minutes will reflect this accordingly. Any delegations will have the option of participating in person in Council Chambers or electronically.
To appear as a delegation on January 12, 2026, please contact Council Services at 519-255-6432 no later than 12:00 o’clock noon on Friday, January 9, 2026, to register. Audiovisual equipment may be available if requested at the time of registration. Please be advised, presentations cannot exceed five minutes.
Written submissions are encouraged. Please submit them to Council Services no later than 12:00 o’clock noon on Friday, January 9, 2026, by one of the following methods:

- In person at 350 City Hall Square West, Room 530, Windsor City Hall
Furthermore, Windsor City Council may schedule additional meeting dates to deliberate and allow for any amendments to be considered within the required 30-day time frame (or shorter period as amended by council resolution) when Windsor’s Budget shall be deemed adopted.
