P2P Share Your Story Campaign
The P2P Share Your Story Campaign invited Windsor-Essex residents and staff who used P2P services and programs to share their stories and experiences on postcards over the summer of 2023. At the end of the initiative, over 300 participants involved in P2P-funded programming had shared their stories through the postcards.
In August 2023, P2P launched a Call for Artists to commission an artist to create a new piece of artwork that visualized the P2P stories shared during the campaign. In collaboration with cultural community leaders, an artist selection process was completed, and Ms. Xueyue (Sherry) Tu was selected as the successful artist. The new artwork, titled "Our Warm Home," was unveiled at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre Presented by WFCU Credit Union on December 8, 2023.
Throughout 2024, the artwork is travelling across Windsor-Essex County. Below is the schedule of where the artwork has travelled:
- Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre Presented by WFCU Credit Union – 401 Pitt Street West, Windsor
- Transit Windsor – 300 Chatham Street West, Windsor
- Town of LaSalle – 2121 Laurier Parkway, LaSalle

About the Artwork (Our Warm Home)
