Pathway to Potential (P2P)

Poverty negatively impacts individuals in reaching their full potential and participating in the community. Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy aims to provide opportunities and a supportive environment for those living in poverty to reach their full potential and participate in the community.
