Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty-reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy is jointly funded by the City of Windsor and County of Essex. P2P envisions that “Windsor-Essex County is a thriving community, where residents have access to resources and opportunities to reach their full potential.”

P2P Neighbourhoods Program Launch Events

Pathway to Potential supported the official launch of the Neighbourhoods Program this past August. These events, led by our dedicated Neighbourhood Leads, marked the beginning of a community-driven approach to building stronger, more connected neighbourhoods.

Launch Events:

  • United Way Neighbourhood Launch - Downtown Windsor was held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Frank W. Begley Public School
  • Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative Neighbourhood Launch was held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Bruce Park
  • United Way Neighbourhood Launch - West Windsor was held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Crowley Park
  • United Way Neighbourhood Launch - Leamington was held on Friday, August 29, at Dieppe Park in Leamington
