Development Charges

City-wide development charges are imposed on all lands in Windsor.

Commencing January 18, 2021, the following are the newly assessed development charges for the City of Windsor. The three areas identified below (City-Wide, Sandwich South Planning District, Development Charge Exemptions) reflect the rates imposed per the city-wide Development Charges By-law #1-2021 (see Building By-laws Online).
