Voter cards for the 2026 municipal election will be in the mail the week of September 28, 2026. They should arrive in mailboxes the first week of October 2026.
What should I do if I don't receive my voter card?
If you do not receive your voter notification card, you can still vote. Simply check the Election Day voting locations or advance voting locations, or contact 311 for your closest polling locations, and attend your preferred location with your identification on Election Day/Voting Day or on one of the advance voting days.
What if my voter card contains incorrect information?
Bring the voter card with you to your polling location on Election Day or to one of the advance voting days, and our election workers will be able to correct your information.
What if I receive a voter card for a previous occupant or a deceased individual?
Bring the voter card with you to your polling location on Election Day or to one of the advance voting days, and our election workers will be able to update the voters’ list.
What should I do if my voter card is lost or damaged?
If your voter card is lost or damaged, you can report the issue by submitting an Elections Inquiry or contacting 311. Your voter card will not be re-issued, as you can still vote by simply bringing identification to the polling location when you go to vote.
