Crime Prevention Week at Devonshire Mall

From November 4 to 8, 2024, meet local law enforcement and service providers to learn more about crime prevention and public safety at various information booths that will be set up from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Devonshire Mall!

This event honours Crime Prevention Week, which showcases the successful collaborative efforts between police services and community organizations as we work towards the common goal of preventing crime and creating safe, resilient communities across Ontario. This year's theme is "Awareness in Action: Keeping Ontario Safe Together."

Crime Prevention Week at Devonshire Mall

The Windsor Essex Regional Community Safety & Well-Being Plan has partnered with local law enforcement for Neighbourhood Safety & Crime Prevention Walks throughout Windsor-Essex. Residents are invited to the community walk to learn how to prevent opportunities for crime, change the way they see and walk through their neighbourhood, and learn personal safety tips. Individuals will have the opportunity to participate in the discussion and ask questions of officials along the way.

Please note the dates, times, and locations of these Neighbourhood Safety & Crime Prevention Walks below:

  • Tuesday, November 5, 2024, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Riverdance Building (1 Laurier Drive, LaSalle, Ontario)
