Bird e-scooter website

Bird Canada Inc. is providing an e-scooter and e-bike rental service throughout the city between April and October.

To rent a device, download the Bird application (visit Bird Canada and click Ride Now). Use the application to locate an available device, scan the QR code located at the top of the device and process your payment to start your ride. To end your ride, park the e-scooter in an acceptable location and submit a photo for confirmation. A device can be unlocked without a smartphone by calling Bird's customer service for assistance (1-866-205-2442).

The cost to rent one of Bird's e-scooters is $1.15 to unlock the device and $0.42 per minute.
