After School Program

Text reads The Corporation of the City of Windsor presents After School Program. Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year. Photos at the bottom of the banner show kids participating in crafts; gym games; and science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) activities.

The City of Windsor's Department of Recreation & Culture offers the After School Program for Kindergarten to Grade 8 throughout the year, from September to June.

Each of our after school programs is under the direction of after school program coordinators. These individuals have a passion for developing and implementing recreation programs for children and youth. In addition, each after school program staff is certified in Standard First Aid with CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) Level C; receives EpiPen training; and obtains specialized training in recreation, programming, safety and emergency procedures, group dynamics and positive behaviour management. Our leaders are energetic and dedicated to providing participants with a fun, safe and memorable experience.
