Fontainebleau Splash Pad

Outdoor recreational splash pads (or spray pads) provide a refreshing way to cool off during the warmer months, typically opening by Victoria Day holiday weekend in May and remaining operational through the Thanksgiving weekend in October, weather permitting. These exciting water play areas feature push-button activated jets and sprays for endless fun. As temperatures drop, the splash pads will close for the winter and reopen in the spring for another season of enjoyment.

There are 11 splash pads available throughout the city:

  1. AKO Park, 4271 Alice Street, adjacent to Constable John Atkinson Memorial Centre with washrooms open during splash pad open times
  2. Captain John Wilson Park, 3950 Ducharme Street, washrooms available
  3. Garry Dugal Park, 1247 Drouillard Road, washrooms available
  4. Forest Glade Park, 3265 Forest Glade Drive, washrooms available (added in 2022)
  5. Fountainebleau Park, 2960 Rivard Avenue (added in 2022)
  6. Fred Thomas Park at Windsor Water World, 400 Wyandotte Street East
  7. Jackson Park, 125 Tecumseh Road East, washrooms available
  8. Mic Mac Park, Kimmy Lucier Splash Pad, washrooms located near the little league baseball fields
  9. Mic Mac Splash Pad at Mic Mac Pool, 1125 Prince Road, washrooms available
  10. Realtor Park, 1198 Homedale Boulevard, washrooms available
  11. Wilson Park, 700 McEwan Avenue (added in 2022)

Splash Pad Guidelines

  • Splash pad hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Splash pads are available free of charge.
  • Children should be directly supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
  • Children should be properly attired to prevent fouling of the splash pad.
  • No glass containers, food or beverage allowed in the immediate vicinity of the splash pad.
