Building Division Fee Information

Please note: Fees are subject to change upon council approval.

Permit Payment Options 

1. Online Payments

For permits processed through the Cloudpermit system:

  • Cloudpermit online payments are available and immediate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Applicants must be registered as a user in the Cloudpermit system
  • Applicants will receive a "Request to Submit Payment" in the Cloudpermit system and instructions on how to proceed with the online payment.
  • Payment receipt and Permit Packages are downloadable immediately after payment is received in the system.

For permits processed through the E-Permitting system:

  • Through email, Applicants will receive a "Request to Submit Payment" email that includes instructions on how to proceed with the online payment.

2. In-person Payments

Please contact the Building Department to arrange for an in-person payment appointment

  • Our office will accept the following forms of payment:

    • Cheque
    • Debit
    • Credit Card
    • Cash
