  • Spring, Summer & Fall Hours:
    • Monday, April 1, 2024, to Saturday, November 30, 2024:
      • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
      • Closed on Sundays and most statutory holidays.
      • We are open on Remembrance Day.
  • Winter Hours:
    • Monday, November 27, 2023, to Saturday, March 30, 2024:
      • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
      • Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
      • Closed on Sundays and most statutory holidays.

Garbage Collection:

  • Day Shift: Monday-Thursday. Collection is normally delayed one day after a statutory holiday. Please follow your waste collection schedule. If you do not have a schedule, please call 311.
  • Night Shift: Sunday night thru to Friday morning. Collections occur between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. in many commercial areas. Night collection is not delayed one day after a statutory holiday.

Recycling (Red & Blue Box) Collection:

  • Recycling collection is bi-weekly, the day after your scheduled garbage collection.
  • Collection is normally delayed one day after a statutory holiday.

Yard Waste Collection:

  • Each homeowner receives 13 yard waste collections each year. Four spring collections occur in April and May. One summer yard waste collection in each month of June, July, August and September. Four fall collections occur in October, November and December and one Christmas tree collection and any leftover yard waste from the fall is collected in January.
