“Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island created the Best of Windsor-Essex Awards to celebrate some of the best things to see and do in Windsor and Essex County, recognizing that a local social media campaign, designed to ask what locals like to see and do, will inspire visitors to want to do the same. Just by being a finalist, the City’s 23 nominations will be featured in marketing efforts all year long for visitors and locals alike to experience and explore. This year, on April 4, we will announce 47 new award winners – and applaud the City of Windsor on being profiled in so many of the award categories again this year.”
