City Council & Standing Committee Calendar:

• 2025 Meeting Schedule

City Council Meetings:

• Windsor City Council - Meetings are held twice monthly, on Mondays at 10:00 o’clock a.m. 
• Meetings take place in Council Chambers, located on the 1st floor at 350 City Hall Square West

Standing Committee Meetings:

• The City of Windsor has the following Standing Committees:
  • Community Services Standing Committee - Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at 9:00 o'clock a.m.
  • Development & Heritage Standing Committee - Meetings are held the first Monday of every month at 4:30 o'clock p.m.
  • Environment, Transportation and Public Safety Standing Committee - Meetings are held the last Wednesday of every month at 4:30 o'clock p.m.
  • Environment, Transportation and Public Safety Standing Committee Sitting as the Transit Windsor Board of Directors - Meetings are held immediately after the Environment, Transportation & Public Safety Standing Committee the last Wednesday of every month.
• Meetings take place in Council Chambers, located on the 1st floor at 350 City Hall Square West
  

Requests for Delegations:

Requests for delegations regarding matters on a published agenda can be made online.

Correspondence to the Mayor and members of Council regarding agenda items can be made by email to the Office of the City Clerk.
