Applicant Requirements:
- Application for Bed and Breakfast/Guest House
- Business Ownership Declaration
- (2) pieces of government-issued identification (I.D.) including one photo I.D. as well as one I.D. demonstrating proof of status in Canada (e.g. birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship card, permanent resident card, work permit, etc.) (new only)
- Certificate of Incorporation, if applicable (new only)
- Board of Health Inspection Certificate - Visit www.wechealthunit.org online.
- Electrical approval
- Public Liability/Property Damage Insurance policy ($2,000,000.00 or more)
- Police Records Check - original, not more than 30 days old, issued in the municipality in which the applicant resides (new only)
- Floor plans - two (2) copies (new only)
- Parking facility diagram (new only)
