Skating Information

Skate aids are not permitted during public skate sessions. They are allowed during Parent and Tot sessions only. In all sessions everyone must have skates on to enter the ice. The use of helmets and gloves and other safety equipment is highly recommended.

Wheelchairs are also welcome on the ice during public skate sessions. Persons accompanying a wheelchair patron must do so on skates. Help us keep the ice clean and safe. If you are using a wheelchair, please ensure it does not track salt or dirt onto the ice surface.

Sledges are adaptive skating devices that give people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in leisure skating and hockey activities. Sledges used for this purpose are also welcome on the ice during public skate times.
