Tunnel Bus to Detroit

Due to COVID-19, the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel Bus has suspended operations as of end of service on March 19, 2020.

$5 One Way or $10 Round Trip - Canadian or US

 Regular Tunnel Bus Service 

• The Tunnel Bus operates a short route through downtown Detroit, seven days a week. 
• Buses leave from Windsor International Transit Centre at 300 Chatham Street West on a regular schedule. 
• On the return trip to Windsor, the bus stops at Caesars Windsor, prior to arriving at the bus terminal.

Service to Little Caesars and Comerica Park

• The Tunnel Bus, supplemented with the Special Event bus, serves:
• Detroit Red Wings Hockey
• Detroit Tigers Baseball
• Detroit Pistons Basketball
• Concerts at Little Caesars Arena
• Concerts at Comerica Park 
• This route combines the Special Event bus stops for both Little Caesars Arena and Comerica Park as part of the regular schedule.
• Special Event buses will begin returning to Windsor immediately after the event and up to 30 minutes after the end of the event. 
• The Tunnel Bus provides service through the entertainment district that includes Fox Theatre and The Fillmore, which are both within a 5 minute walk once you disembark the bus.

Service to Ford Field

• Special Event service is provided to Ford Field for:
• Detroit Lions Football
• Concerts
• Select Events (contact us for details)
• For football games, Special Event bus service departs Windsor International Transit Terminal 2.5 hours before the start of the game. Buses begin returning to Windsor immediately after the game and up to 30 minutes after the end of the game. 
• The pick-up and drop-off location for Ford Field events is on Gratiot, just north of St. Antoine. 
• For concerts, the Special Event bus service departs Windsor International Transit Terminal 90 and 60 minutes prior to the start of the concert. 
• Special Event buses begin returning to Windsor immediately after the concert and up to 30 minutes after the end of the concert.
