The site of Roseville Gardens Park is between two parcels of land owned by the Windsor Separate School Board, who lease the park site from the City for a nominal fee of $1 per year. Although Roseville Gardens remains a public park, and the City is responsible for maintaining the site, the agreement with the Windsor Separate School Board stipulates the land cannot be used for anything other than a public park. A variety of playground equipment is provided at Roseville Gardens in addition to a walking trail and a baseball diamond on the adjacent schoolboard property.Â
