How do I apply for Building Permits?

As of January 1, 2019, we have officially gone digital!

All new permit applications can be submitted online through E-Services on the City of Windsor's website(www.citywindsor.ca).

E-Permit

The building permit application (Schedule A) is an online form. The first step is to register to access the application. Once the registration is complete, an application can be submitted. Related forms that may apply to an application are located on the website.

Next step is to submit the application.

For added convenience, three (3) new computer kiosks are also available in our lobby for online submissions. If you require assistance with the digital application process, a Customer Service Representative is available to assist either by phone (519-255-6267) or in our office located on the 2nd Floor of 350 City Hall Square West.
