Leszek Rymczuk’s Billy Goat Spring - Lublin Goat Fountain is a replica of a similar fountain found in Windsor’s twin city of Lublin, Poland. It is a gift from the City of Lublin to celebrate the hundredth anniversary of the Polish community in Windsor. A billy goat, also on the Lublin coat of arms, adorns the bronze fountain, cheerfully welcoming spectators. At the base, these words are inscribed in both English and Polish: "A Gift from Lublin, Poland to Windsor, Canada, A.D. 2008, Twin Cities since A.D. 2000."
