Young Artists’ Talents on Display
The City of Windsor and the International Relations Committee are inviting residents to view the wonderful art created by both local children and children from the City’s twin cities of Changchun, China; Fujisawa, Japan; Gunsan, South Korea; Mannheim, Germany; and Saltillo, Mexico.
The art is currently on display at Devonshire Mall (3100 Howard Avenue) in the Centre Court in front of Hudson’s Bay until Sunday, October 13, 2024, as part of the 8th Annual Children’s Art Exhibition.
The theme for this year’s exhibition is “What I Love About My City,” and more than 100 artists took part.
Members of the International Relations Committee will be at Devonshire Mall on Friday, October 11, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. to view the display and answer any questions. All residents and participants are welcome to attend.
Such important and unique projects connect international communities and allow for discussion about each city’s similarities and differences. The goal is to strengthen the City of Windsor’s connections with our twin cities through the inspiration and artwork of our community’s many creative children.
