Ward 6 Meeting Wednesday Night
Windsor’s Ward 6 will host the eighth of ten ward meetings to be held across the city.
Ward 6 Councillor Jo-Anne Gignac will be joined by Mayor Drew Dilkens and members of City administration at the WFCU Centre – Reception Hall (8787 McHugh Street), and while the focus will be on Ward 6, all are welcome to attend. We also encourage anyone who can’t attend but would like to have their say to call 311 (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or send questions/feedback to 311@citywindsor.ca by email.

Representatives from the Finance Department will be on hand as well to help residents take advantage of our Budget Balancing Simulation, Tax Receipt Generator and Prioritize engagement tools. Staff will be happy to explain the tools and help residents input their priorities for the upcoming budget process. These tools help keep the community informed and educated on where their property taxes are being spent, and they provide an excellent opportunity for residents to let us know what their spending priorities are while also experiencing the careful considerations required to ensure our budget remains balanced.
