Facilities

Our team of highly skilled trades, maintenance, caretaking, project administration and management staff provide facilities management services, maintaining buildings owned by the Corporation of the City of Windsor and the community that use them. Responsibilities include facility maintenance and operations, caretaking, planning, building renovations, construction of new facilities, security, lease administration, and asset management.

Our mission is to support the corporation and community by providing safe, clean, well-maintained facilities in a responsive, effective, and environmentally-conscious manner.
