Human and Health Services includes five related sets of services:

• Employment and Social Services includes:
• Ontario Works
• Employment and Training Services (ETS)
• Housing and Children's Services
• Social Policy and Planning
• Huron Lodge

There are two office locations to serve you:

• 400 City Hall Square East, Windsor (Ontario Works, Housing and Children's Services)
• 33 Princess Street, Unit 103, Leamington (Ontario Works and Children's Services)

We are committed to enhancing the quality of life of individuals and families in Windsor and Essex County. We deliver or partner with community agencies to provide employment, financial and housing supports, and children's services.
