The subject land is designated Residential in the Land Use Schedule D, Official Plan (OP) Volume 1 and zoned Institutional District 1.1 (ID1.1) by Zoning By-law 8600. The applicant requests to change the zoning of the subject land from Institutional District 1.1 (ID1.1) to Residential District 2.1 (RD2.1) to facilitate future development of the subject lands for a residential plan of subdivision.
