Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

Do we have your attention?

Here is what we are looking for from you:

Experience as a roofer or a similar role in construction (preferably 1 year)

You should have the ability to use hand tools

You should know how to handle materials for flat roofing

Climb extension ladders

Physical strength and good balance

Ability to work at heights

Ability to safely lift, move and transport material and equipment

Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (Site Specific and Fall Protection)

Learn trade and industry specifics from skilled workers and supervisors

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

Willingness to take direction and learn new skills
