• 3-6 months in similar role

• Basic Electrical and plumbing skills  (change light fixtures, plugs, install toilets, faucets)

• Great attitude and team player

• Driver's license and own transportation an asset

• ​​8am-5pm,+ keeping work phone every other weekend

• Maintain high rise apartment building with some retail  space

• Repair doors, cabinets, drywall , flooring
