Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

​Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude, team player, willingness to learn.

  • Attention to detail, ability to adapt, basic troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to rotate through a two-week MAD shift rotation: midnights, afternoons, days.

  • Willingness and ability to work overtime if needed.

  • Ability to work in various areas and perform a variety of tasks on a repetitive basis and in a structured environment.

  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments.

  • Capability to perform physical duties such as lifting, sweeping, pushing, pulling, etc.

  • Ability to learn and understand all food safety procedures relating to job functions.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.

Job Description:

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all Food Safety procedures relating to all job duties and report all food safety concerns to the Production Supervisor.

  • Perform duties in a safe manner following the Company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

  • General housekeeping of work area.

  • Ability to work in a Team setting and help co-workers and supervisor as needed.

  • Capability to complete paperwork and record data based on job requirements.​
