Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

  • ​At least 1-3 years prior experience in a customer service role in the financial services industry.
  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
  • Two to four years of cash handling experience​​

Preferred but negotiable:

Job Description:

  • ​Respond to external member inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members
  • Process basic over-the-counter financial transactions for our strictly business members such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative duties​​
