Mayor Dilkens Visits Lublin

In July 2015, Mayor Drew Dilkens and Jerzy Barycki, President of the Polish-Canadian Business and Professional Association of Windsor took part in an official visit to Lublin, Poland. The Association is now in existence for 20 years and thanks to its initiative, the twinning agreement was signed 15 years ago.
