311/211 Contact Centre Phone Upgrades and Latest Stats

The City of Windsor’s 311/211 Contact Centre is undergoing a phone system upgrade that could impact some calls over the coming week.

The system upgrade requires backend technical changes that may result in a small percentage of callers receiving a busy signal or no answer. If that happens to you, we have other options to help during this changeover.

The Windsor 311 App is compatible with iPads, iPhones and Android devices; allows for photos and GPS locating; and is free to install.

To download the app, visit the app store that works for your mobile device and search for “Windsor 311.”

Another option is to email either 311@citywindsor.ca for city services and information or info@211southwestontario.ca for community and social services information and supports.

And finally, you can also text 311.

Latest Statistics:

The latest quarterly statistics collected by the Contact Centre show dirty yard complaints lead the way for January, February and March 2020. The 789 requests is down slightly from 811 in the first quarter of 2019.
